Hi. I am Eugene D. Kublanovsky. I love technology. I love law. I love to be entertained. I enjoy writing about the intersection of all three.
I also need to make a living. To wit, I am an attorney who specializes in intellectual property law, commercial litigation, and employment law. When not blogging, I counsel individuals and established companies on a wide range of business matters, advise on litigation risks and strategies, and handle internal and external investigations for boards of directors, special committees, compliance departments and human resource departments.
Originally born in St. Petersburg (Leningrad at the time), Russia, I live in New Jersey (Jersey Proud!) with my wonderful wife and two beautiful young boys. I am a proud graduate of Bard College and Brooklyn Law School.
